Position Overview:
We are looking for punctual, detail-oriented cleaners to provide superior cleaning services in homes, commercial offices, retail facilities, and move-in/move-out environments. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a positive customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas (commercial and/or residential)
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all general surfaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and common living/office spaces
- Deep cleaning tasks including appliances, baseboards, and windows (as assigned)
- Handle move-in/move-out property cleaning tasks
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow company cleaning standards and safety protocols
- Provide professional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team leads
- Protect client privacy and respect confidential environments
Qualifications:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
✅ Previous cleaning experience (1–2 years preferred)
✅ Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
✅ Ability to work independently & as part of a team
✅ Must be able to lift 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning duties
✅ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
✅ Ability to follow checklists, instructions, and time-efficient cleaning methods
✅ Background check required
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of professional cleaning protocols and products
- Experience with commercial floor equipment (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good time-management skills and punctuality
- Positive attitude & strong customer service skills
